About the Company
Bridging the Pieces Therapy is a clinician-owned pediatric practice serving children and families throughout Palm Beach County. Our mission is to provide high-quality, ethical, and individualized speech and occupational therapy while building a workplace where clinicians feel supported, respected, and set up for long-term success.
We believe excellent therapy happens when clinicians are given reasonable caseloads, clear expectations, and strong leadership. Our practice is intentionally designed to prioritize quality of care over volume, transparency over pressure, and sustainability over short-term growth.
As an employer, we value honesty, collaboration, and professional integrity. We are committed to realistic productivity expectations and ongoing support for clinical growth. We believe in building something steady, meaningful, and lasting.
Our team works with pediatric clients across a range of developmental needs in a supportive, family-centered environment. We foster a culture where clinicians are heard, trusted, and encouraged to grow alongside the practice.
If you are looking for a place where your work is valued, your time is respected, and your career can grow, Bridging the Pieces Therapy may be the right fit for you.
